At the request of a major Korean customer, we are co-developing power modules with CoreSiC™ MOSFET and CoreIGBT™ devices for traction inverters. Device characteristics, module layout and thermal path are being designed to the customer's inverter; it will become a success story once supply is confirmed.
At the request of a major Korean customer, we are developing CoreSiC™ MOSFET devices and power modules for the compressor drive of a large chiller that cools AI data centers. Designs are matched to the high-speed compressor inverter's switching frequency and efficiency targets; it remains an ongoing project until supply is confirmed.
Together with a major Korean company, we are developing power modules optimized for an immersion-cooled ESS PCS. Materials suited to the thermal path and coolant, and the immersion-reliability evaluation protocol, are being designed together; it remains an ongoing project until supply is confirmed.
