SlimFRAME™ is a low-profile SiC MOSFET module platform for PCB-mounted power stages. Its baseplate-less construction and PressFIT pins enable direct installation between the PCB and heatsink. The 2000 V and 2300 V* classes are designed to simplify 1500 V DC systems using a 2-level topology.
